For this course, participants will compete in an award-winning simulation through Harvard Business Publishing, where they’ll climb Mount Everest. Participants are assigned roles and teams, navigating from base camp to the summit while tackling hidden challenges and learning effective teaming practices. This course is offered by the Carl H.
